Dear Client/ Former Client
Purpose:
Each and every year QRU offers special discount rates to
its current clients and former clients so that they can
better cope with the financial burden of the season and
also take advantage of personal self-nurturing programs and
preventive measures necessary to build the immune system
and prevent colds and flu. After all, it is only when we
love and nurture ourselves in a relaxed way that we can
raise our level of conscious, slow down the aging process
and be of better service to loved ones.
The Good News:
As my proficiency with Bio-energetic Medicine improves more
is accomplished in less time. EPFX/SCIO appointments that
used to be 3 hours are now 1.5 to 1.75 hours and greater
correction in wellness is obtained. This represents almost
a 50% reduction in duration. Now, four to five different
wellness protocols can be provided in a 2 hour period,
whereas only 2 wellness protocols may have been provided in
a 3 hour period in the past. In addition, when a client
bundles the therapies more can be achieved at less cost.
More about that, in a moment.
Intermittent Hypoxic/Hyperoxic Therapy
Always concerned about clients achieving wellness, quicker,
better, faster and cheaper; I purchased an additional
technology that was employed by Lance Armstrong and Dr.
Jeff Spencer. Perhaps some of you wonder why I am so
fascinated with the technologies employed by Lance and
Jeff? Its simple, when some one achieves Super Human
achievements, I am interested in applying those
technologies to the average person so that, their recovery
to wellness is sped up.
IHT is a therapy originally developed by the Russians
(1977) and utilized by many elite athletes through out the
world today to provide more energy and endurance. IHT is a
technology that replicates the amount of oxygen at
different altitudes. The higher the altitude, the less the
oxygen content. This takes place in stages and there is a
biofeedback technology that adapts to the clients needs.
For very short periods of time the client’s body is
deprived of oxygen and then the body is given super amounts
oxygen of up to 37% oxygen saturation. Oxygen at sea-level
is approximately 20.9% saturation. While breathing through
a mask, this technique is experienced at a cellular level,
is cumulative to the body with each session and has a much
more lasting effect than a hyperbaric chamber experience
which is much more costly. Effectively the mitochondria of
the cell which determines our level of oxygenation and
hence our energy level is being encouraged to operate more
efficiently.
Most of us breath much too shallowly. Consequently, we
suffer from chronic fatigue, asthma, heart disease, lung
disease and oxygen transfer dysfunction. IHT therapy, is
appropriate if you are an athlete. However, the average
person is not an athlete. Most of us have a lifestyle that
actually creates oxidation or reduced oxygenation of the
cells. This is a precursor to cancer. Consequently, hypoxic
therapy may not be advised. For the average person, I have
created programs of extended periods of super-oxygenation
and the results are wonderful! All clients experience
their heart rate decreasing which means their heart is
strengthening and their blood pressure is reducing after a
few sessions and their breathing and lung capacity
improves. Most clients also experience improved energy
levels.
One client started the process with a heart rate of 128 bpm
and after a few sessions their heart rate had settled at an
astonishing 68 bpm, a drop of 60 bpm!! This same client
who also suffered from heart disease (angina), asthma,
chronic fatigue and diabetes was recently tested by an
independent practitioner and there was no evidence of heart
disease, asthma or chronic fatigue and she is currently off
all diabetic medication. As a matter of fact she now
breathes like an athlete. Amazing! I am very excited. It
simply proves that when the cells of the body are well
oxygenated, amazing wellness takes place.

Weight Loss
For sometime now, I have been very concerned about the fact
that 60% of Canadians are overweight. On October 13, 2007,
I gave a seminar that while well advertised, was not well
attended. It seems like people ignore any form of
advertising. The best advertising is still word of mouth.
In any event, I wanted to advise people why diets don’t
work, why they blow up bigger than they were after dieting
and how it is that the diet industry and many weight loss
practitioners exploit their desire to become slim, fit and
sexy and what simple corrective measures they could take.
Oprah Winfrey is now experiencing the effects of yo-yo
dieting.

During the summer, I conducted research regarding weight
loss and integrated one protocol at a time so that I could
better assess the results. Although this process took
longer it was very rewarding. The interesting thing is that
proper weight loss co-relates to the fundamentals of recent
cancer research. Although the client’s initial interest
might be weight loss, multiple wellness benefits can be
achieved including a lifestyle that reduces the possibility
of cancer.

The Pure Charger Spa
The Pure Charger Spa is one component that I employ for
both weight loss and detoxification. It is not your
typical ionic cleanse device.
Let me begin by shattering some of the myths concerning
most ionic cleanse detoxification devices. These devices
exploit the fact that toxicity within the body has a
positive ionic charge that is too high. The
sodium/potassium pump at a cellular level is out of
balance. Through the process of electrolysis a water module
(array) creates both positive and negative ions in the
water and via an electro-magnetic charge the toxic positive
ions are drawn to the negative ions in the water through
the meridian system of the body and out the feet and into
the water of the foot bath. Most Ionic cleanse devices
provide a colorful sludge in the water and this is supposed
to be evidence of the toxicity coming out of you. This is
HOGWASH! Nothing could be further from the truth!
Practitioners who employ this type of foot bath, love to
see the sludge because it horrifies the client and they
keep coming back for appointment after appointment and
they will never see the sludge clear up. It’s a Money
Maker! I personally know some one who has had approximately
150 sessions and the sludge has never cleared up. If the
sludge in the water represented the clients toxicity; they
would be DEAD! Manufacturers of these devices also claim
that the amount of sludge in the water will vary with the
geographic region, this too is hogwash! Most ionic cleanse
modules have rings and clips that hold them together. These
rings and clips are usually made of galvanized materials
such as lead and aluminum, both of which are heavy metals
and toxic to the body. These rings and clips provide an
entire secondary source of income for the manufacturer
after the sale of the unit because they have to be replaced
regularly and the cost of replacement is exorbitant .
Initially, I too was sucked into believing in the benefits
of these units but soon began to question what this sludge
was and to what extent it might be creating heavy metal
toxicity in the body. Upon investigation, I discovered
that the sludge was created by the break down of the clips
and rings of the water module when subjected to the
negative and positive ions of electrolysis. My concern was
to what extent the heavy metal oxides in the water were
creating toxicity in the client. Within 5 minutes of the
use of one of these devices, the sludge it creates
compromises the entire effectiveness of the device and may
be causing considerable harm. To my knowledge, at no time
has there ever been any research to indicate what the
different colors of sludge indicate. This would cost
millions of research dollars to verify. Yet every
practitioner out there has a chart that indicates that
certain colors indicate certain types of toxicity. Even the
fellow who invented this process Terry Skrinjar, Australian
inventor of the Bio-Electric Field Enhancement System
states that this is HOGWASH! Seems like most practitioners
simply parrot what others have said without conducting any
due diligence of their own.
Recently, at a seminar, I demonstrated two types of ionic
bath, one that created sludge in the water and one that
didn’t. The type that created sludge, was turned on and let
run for a half hour, (the length of most therapy sessions)
and no finger or foot was ever placed in the water
whatsoever. After 20 minutes there was a colorfull toxic
goo that stunk and had to be treated as a bio-hazardous
material. To think that people actually place their hands
or feet in this stuff, really concerns me.
The Pure Charger Spa on the other hand, is made of special
materials that do not break down. There is no sludge in the
water. Recently, I had the opportunity to conduct a before
and after test via the Electro Interstitial Scan Technology
which is a very recent technology that shows the” hot
spots” in the body. The subject had inflammation in the
brain (3 areas), the entire spine was inflamed as was the
digestive system. After only 5 minutes of a hand bath and
15 minutes of foot bath; there was no longer inflammation
in the brain, 80% of the inflammation in the spine had
cleared up and there were indicators that the inflammation
was being drawn down the body. It was very amazing, jaw-
dropping amazing!
On another occasion I had a volunteer with MS have
indicators of inflammation that were higher than the before
indicators. This was puzzling until I discovered that she
had been prescribed steroids. MS is a disease that attacks
the muscles, connective tissue and nerval tissue of the
body. Upon researching the effects of steroids, I
discovered that they mask inflammation and are prescribed
to provide pain relief because medicine doesn’t know what
causes or how to deal with MS. Yet steroids are toxic to
the body. When you remove the steroids, which simply mask
the inflammation – the real state of the inflammation is
revealed. The Pure Charger Spa was simply trying to remove
the toxicity so that the body could try and come back to
homeostasis but when it did, the true nature of the
client’s illness was revealed.
At a cellular level, the Pure Charger Spa is doing some
wonderful things for the client, however, an explanation in
a newsletter of this type would be much too lengthy.
Let’s just say that every one benefits from cleaning up the
Temple.

responsible for our actions and were simply victims of

are so much more powerful than we ever realized and this is
something I try to instill in all of my clients. It also,
provides strong evidence of how we have created our present
world. It also describes how we communicate with the

The ADK 4000
Is a pure color frequency generator without the use of
filters. As light beings, pure color therapy is very
healing for us. This device works in conjunction with the
EPFX/SCIO and multiplexes everything I am doing on the
EPFX/SCIO. If I am doing 7 different things on the
EPFX/SCIO simultaneously, the ADK 4000 is multiplexing all
of those programs and adding its own 2 programs. Now, 16

This technology is instrumental in combating fungus (yeast
infections or candida albicans) which have polluted our
body terrain and may be significant factors in creating
cancer. Many anti-biotics are fungus in nature. I don’t
know anyone who hasn’t been on a course of anti-biotics at
some time in their life. They pollute the body terrain and
create the conditions necessary for dis-ease. Fungus is
very resilient and there is recent evidence that cancer may
