HOW TO SLOW DOWN THE AGING PROCESS, PART 1

Part 1

What you are about to read is a statement of Gratitude!

Approximately 2 years ago, (May 2004) I discovered that I
had the frequency of four different cancer viruses. That
was then this is now. Now, I am in an excellent state of
wellness. I was very stressed and had lost most of the
hair on the top of my head and was going bald in a major
way. Today, I am growing hair. My eyes were brown in color
and had been all my life, now they are a grey-green-blue.
I was aging rapidly. I was all hunched over and my toes
were clenched. I had become inflexible in mind, body and
spirit. Today, I walk with the gait of a young man and I
look and feel so much younger than I was. In the past, I
regarded my self according to my years, today – I view
myself as almost half my chronological age. So how did I
achieve this? There was no medical intervention, no plastic
surgery, no hair transplants and no Viagra.

It begins with an awareness that things aren’t working. It
begins with a desire for things to be different. Perhaps
you have heard it said that, “If you want change, you have
to change.” That’s true but how do you start the process
when 95% of every thought you have during the course of any
day is a pre-conceived, pre-conditioned response. In most
cases, your life script is not the result of your personal
conclusions but are the conclusions or influence of others.
The process begins with, an acceptance that almost
everything that you have learned or integrated into your
life-script (defence mechanisms) is false. For some of you,
such radical thinking could be heresy. But it could also
prove to be very liberating. It is only when you start to
examine your belief system that you discover that it is
mostly hogwash. There is no fact or logic to it. But you
also have the opportunity to re-configure it.

There are a lot of issues around the perception of
“others,” if we acted in a non-conforming fashion. It is
better to focus on your own personal development. If each
us were more concerned about raising our own level of
consciousness we wouldn’t be as alienated from each other
and the world would be a better place. If each of had this
common interest wouldn’t peace harmony, understanding
tolerance and acceptance prevail. Very simply, Love is
Acceptance. Conversely, if we focus on a lack of anything;
doesn’t competition and alienation manifest and if it does,
doesn’t the fear that we create make us more controllable
by those “others,” whose opinions we have always been
concerned about.

Each of us has the ability to re-configure our self into a
better pattern. We are molecular, energetic beings. Within
one year 98% of every molecule in your body will change.
Choose to experience life in a new and different way and
you will now start to re-configure yourself in a better
pattern and one year later you will be a substantially
different person than you are today. The other choice is to
keep doing the same old, same old things day in, day out,
expecting a different result which only ages you
pre-maturely and is a definition of insanity!

Start to examine and question your beliefs concerning such
things as money, love, relationships, food, purpose, fear,
pleasure, comfort health, nutrition, pollution and drugs –
prescribed or non-prescribed etc. Explore your energetic
relationship with various current events. Energy is Spirit.
Part of your energetic homework, should you be so inclined,
is to simply observe who or what you give up your power to.
There is no need to get emotionally involved. Simply
observe your relationship with it, how it makes you feel
and simply make correction. Why do I suggest that you not
get emotionally involved or dwell upon the past
un-necessarily. First of all it is the past and it is
better to be in the now. But more important, the energy of
our universe does not distinguish between right or wrong,
good or bad, true or false; it simply provides to you what
you focus your attention on; perceiving your attention as
your desire and wanting to provide to you exactly what it
is you desire. This is the Law of Attraction or
Manifestation at work. If your life represents undesirable
circumstance, consider what it is you think about. By
observing your thinking and putting a leash on your ego,
awareness takes place and as awareness takes place subtle
correction manifests and the circumstance tends to
dissipate. However, you can’t force it, if you do, you are
now dwelling upon things un-necessarily and continuing to
sabotage yourself and your efforts. Be gentle with
yourself, you are worthy, you are more powerful than you
ever imagined. Self-awareness - It’s a process.

Notice your energetic relationship and energetic
interaction with people, nature food and technology.
Believe it or not, your energetic relationship affects
their energetic relationship. Step back. Take a deep breath
and let the energy flow and begin anew. Energetic
recognition/awareness creates re-connection with your self,
your energetic field (read: The Infinite Mind: Valerie V.
Hunt), that is the human energy field and your universe. We
are all energy. We are all molecular. We are all sub atomic
components and we are all connected. Most of us pay lip
service to the idea of a collective consciousness but it is
real and we are connected. Why have so much more in common
than we have differences.

Do you remember when you were growing up – it was said that
God’s energy was every where, that God was omni-present.
Well Quantum Physics has proven that your energy is
everywhere. We are like mobile television stations,
constantly broadcasting and receiving energetic data. So,
by our own definition, what does that make each of us? I
believe that it makes us gods or goddesses, in the making.
We were also told that we were made in the likeness or
image of God. What if we were created in the energetic
likeness or being of God. Wouldn’t that put a whole other
spin on things. Perhaps we are already perfect, we’ve just
allowed our vision to be clouded by miscellaneous debris
that gets in the way much like a page from a newspaper
getting sucked onto your windshield while driving down the
hi-way. Tends to cloud your vision and your reaction don’t
you think? So why do I mention these things? Because, your
perception of reality determines your reality. Isn’t it
better to start from perfection? Isn’t it better to treat
the body as a temple?

There is a tremendous responsibility when you realize that
your energetic state impacts the world, possibly even the
universe. Empower yourself by taking responsibility for
yourself and only yourself. Learn to accept and love
yourself. Only recently have I truly learned to love
myself. I have discovered that I am a wonderful person and
so are you and each of us is much more powerful than we
ever realized. Its only when we can love and accept our
self that we can truly go on to love and accept others.

Notice your breathing. If you are a shallow breather as I
have been in the past, you too may be on your way to
creating dis-ease. Health or wellness is the flow of energy
through out the body. If there are blockages to the flow of
energy, whether physical or emotional, they can over a
period of time, manifest into what the
medical/pharmaceutical industry call symptoms of disease.
Breath is Spirit. It is the life energy behind most
physiological processes. Interrupt your breath and now you
interrupt the natural flow of those processes and who among
us is not a shallow breather. Breath more than exercise,
moves lymphatic fluid and material. The lymphatic system is
like the sewer system of the body, part of its function is
to move toxic waste out of the body when we go to the
bathroom, perspire or breathe.

Breath can also be interrupted by our emotional state such
as; anger, fear, anxiety, hatred, resentment etc. Recently,
there was an experiment where they took the breath of a
very angry person and exposed it to 100 guinea pigs and
approximately 88 of them died within an hour! Yes, our
emotions can be very, very poisonous, depending upon our
state and what it is we dwell upon. By June 2004 I was
fortunate enough to get my frequencies of cancer within
acceptable limits, only to experience a very emotionally
draining day, on that day the frequencies of cancer shot
back up. It was then that I gained an understanding of the
correlation between my well being and my emotional state.
In order to avoid dis-ease we need to learn how to vent our
negative emotions in a manner that does not harm others.
There are specific techniques and exercises that can
achieve this. In my case, I discovered that by holding
undesirable emotions inside, I allowed them to fester and
over time create dis-ease which in turn became disease. I
was very fortunate to come to the following conclusions. I
am not a victim. I initiated my own dis-ease and I can re-
balance the energies that created them. So can you!

Dr. Candice Peart, in her book “Molecules of Emotion,”
proved scientifically, that our emotions are not just in
our mind or brain but are on the neuro-peptide chain of
every cell membrane in the body. Over time, the negative
emotions you may be clinging to can manifest into dis-ease
and ultimately disease. Dr. Valerie Hunt would make the
point that, our mind is not in the brain but in the
energetic mind-field outside the body and emotions begin in
the mind-field –what you might consider the aura. We are a
continuous dynamic quantum event that is changing from
moment to moment. You are a different person now than you
were a moment ago. Each of us creates our own unique miasms
according to our experience and perceptions of reality
within our energetic field and we transmit them via the
chackras to the cells, organs and connective tissue of the
body. “As a man thinketh, so is he.” “What one believes
about health is what one’s health becomes.” (Hunt) Each of
us is responsible for our very being and our every
circumstance. So why is it that we give up our power to
others when it is our very essence that we need to be
responsible for? Is it possible that we prefer to enjoy the
comfort of being a passive victim of life processes? Should
you desire change, here is a glimpse of how I believe the
process works.

Our Interpretation becomes our Belief Our Beliefs become
our Thoughts. Our Thoughts become our Attitude.Our Attitude
becomes our Response. Our Response becomes our Words. Our
Words become our Actions. Our Actions become our Habits.
Our Habits become our Expectations. Our Expectations become
our Values. Our Values become our Life Experience.

Simply have an intention to change! Your energy will follow
your Attention and your focused Attention will create
Intention or manifestation. Focus Your Attention on
Positive Change and it will happen. It will happen in
direct relationship to the amount of doubt or conflict you
may harbour about your ability to manifest your desired
outcome. You must believe in order to see. In other words
you must be able to visualize the end result. However,
there are further refinements. You must be able to
visualize and allow for the end result, without trying to
control how the end result will happen. Make it your
Intention to get out of the way, let go and allow for
change and all else will change! It is not necessary to
know how it will happen. Let it be a surprise! Focus on one
outcome at a time. Too many desires may create confusion.
Know what it is you really want. Should you choose
confusion, you may experience confusion. Change your State
and Change Your Experience!

Change Your Interpretation and your Beliefs will Change.
Change Your Beliefs and your Thoughts will Change. Change
your Thoughts and your Attitude will Change.Change your
Attidude and your Response will Change. Change your
Response and your Words will Change. Change your Words and
your Actions will Change. Change your Actions and your
Habits will Change. Change your Habits and your
Expectations will Change. Change your Expectations and your
Values will Change. Change your Values and your Life
Experience will Change! Change your Life experience and
your World will Change!

Now you are re-configuring yourself in a better pattern. As
Neil Young once said – “Come down on your own and leave
your body alone!” In other words, get out of the way and
stop hindering your own development. Make these Changes and
not only will your Life Experience Change but your
Awareness of your Energetic state will Change.
