“TUNE ME UP” GROUP THERAPY PROGRAM
TERMS:
1. All clients are people. Pets are not accepted at this time.
2. Client Categories: Singles, Couples, Family up to 4, Family up to 6 and Families over 6 members.
3. Anyone not a “Family member” that you wish to sponsor must provide written consent.
4. All “Advertising” will be by word of mouth.
5. Once you have been on the program for 6 months, you will be eligible to participate in a “Referral Program” the duration of which will last 6 months. After which new referrals will have to be provided if a discounted rate is to be achieved.
6. All referred parties must identify the name and location of their Sponsor for a referral fee to be rewarded.
7. A $5.00 reduction will be provided to the Sponsor’s monthly cost for each referred member to a maximum of “no charge” for a six month period.
8. Renewal shall take place at the end of the 6 month period.
9. Sponsor’s can provide confirmation by e-mail of a referral once the Referred party has advised that fees have been sent.
10. In the event ,of a dispute as to who the Sponsor is; this shall be determined by the party being referred.
11. All Subscription Fees shall be paid by “Cheque”/check or cash.
12. Any receipts will require a stamped self addressed envelope for same.
13. NSF checks will cause immediate removal from the program and a $50.00 surcharge plus a complete one-time payment of 6 months will be required for re-entry into the program.
14. All payment is in Canadian dollars. The American dollar will be deemed at par with the Canadian Dollar. All Canadian taxes (GST & PST) are included

1. Full name (printed or processed) of all parties. (please no illegible writing.)
2. Date of Birth
3. Location of Birth. Closest City with a population of approximately 1million or more.
4. Complete address with postal code.
5. E-mail address if available.
6. Telephone number and area code
7. Choice of Category desired.
8. Couples can be heterosexual or same sex, as long as in a live-together relationship.
9. Family Memberships shall be identified Parents, children, step-children, Grandparents, etc.
10. A letter of consent is required from any party outside your immediate family that you may wish to sponsor.
11. Payment: Either 6 post dated checks or 1 check of a further discounted amount. (See Schedule) or Cash.
LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS
1. Members will be grouped according to level of consciousness as determined by Quantum Rejuvenation Unlimited.
2. Group 1 will include all parties below 250. According to David Hawkins, Power vs Force, 78% of the world is below 200.
3. Group 2 will include all parties from 250-499
4. Group 3 will include all parties from 500 and above.
· The purpose of allocating levels is to ensure optimum advancement and minimize incompatibilities to advancement.
· In Family categories the LOC of the Parents, biological or otherwise will be the determining factor.

The program will include energetic balancing for:

REFERRAL FEES
Members are eligible for a $5.00 reduction/rebate to their monthly costs for each new member referred to the Program which are applied to the next 6 month period. Note: Subscription Cost can not go below zero for the 6 month period no matter how many clients are referred. Any “overage” of referrals are applied to the next 6 month period. Membership fees will be determined no later than 15 days prior to the next 6 month commencement period.
SAVINGS
The cost of a single typical 3 hour energetic session is $175.00/ session. Four sessions per month are provided or 24 over a 6 month period, totaling a cost of $4200.00. With the long distance “Tune Me Up Program,” the cost is $216.00 during the introductory offering period or $300.00 after October 1, 2009. Savings during the introductory period $3984.00 and after October 1, 2009; $3900.00.
Savings for Couples = $175.00 x 2 x 4 x 6 - $540.00 = $7860.00
Savings for Family of 3= $175.00 x 3 x 4 x 6 - $720.00 = $11,880.00
Savings for Family of 4 = $175.00 x 4 x 4 x 6 - $840.00 = $15,960.00
Savings for Family of 5 = $175.00 x 5 x 4 x 6 - $930.00 = $20,070.00
Savings for Family of 6 > = $175.00 x 6 x 4 x 6 - $1050.00 = or > than $24,150.00
CONCLUSION
This Is my answer to how we can be of greater service to mankind while at the same time energetically contributing to the raising of “Level of Consciousness. It would have been impossible to facilitate this in a one to one relationship. This is a way to “Pay it Forward.” As a greater number of individuals derive benefit from raising their level of consciousness they contribute to affecting possibly thousands upon thousands of others around them and contributing to significant change in the world. You can also see that this plan is based upon participants actively referring others to the program which not only drives down the cost of participants but sets more of us on a path of raising our level of consciousness and possibly causing more immediate change in the world! This is an act of love by all for all.
